All of my poems were published under my last name, Blankenship. Not until 1978 did I take my middle name, Eastburn, for my professional name. The following poems and prose were published between 1974 and 1978 in The Sun, except for "Out On The Job," which was published in Cellar Door. Also, I should mention that the poems come from the sensibility of a man in his mid-to-late 20's. Many are love poems. Many deal with the experience of nature. Please bear with all the flights of fancy and lusts and reflections that might come from a person that age.
